What is your return policy?

We want you and your pet to love your Tippy Tappy purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

You may request a return for any item, including defective or incorrect items, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The item is not soiled or damaged
  • The item is in its original packaging with tags intact
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receipt

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your return or exchange accordingly.

How can I return a product?

  • Email us at hello@tippytappy.co with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We’ll respond with return instructions, including the return address.
  • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (including all tags).
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange and notify you via email.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

I received a wrong item

We’re so sorry for the mix-up! If you received the wrong item, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at hello@tippytappy.co within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and a photo of the item you received.
  • We’ll review the issue and arrange to send you the correct item as soon as possible.
  • We’ll also provide instructions for returning the incorrect item, at no additional cost to you.

I received a damaged or defective item

We’re sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition, we’ll take care of it!

If you received a damaged or defective item:

  • Email us at hello@tippytappy.co within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
  • We’ll assess the issue and either send a replacement or arrange a refund, based on your preference.
  • If a return is necessary, we’ll provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

Can items be exchanged?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you'd like a different item, size, or color, we recommend returning your original purchase (if eligible) and placing a new order separately. This helps us process everything more efficiently and ensures you receive your preferred item faster.
