We want you and your pet to love your Tippy Tappy purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Not soiled or damaged
- In its original packaging with tags intact

You'll also need your order number as proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. In that case, we'll cover the return shipping cost.

To start a return, contact us at hello@tippytappy.co with your order number. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your return or exchange accordingly.
